Walmart Vision & Glasses

Dr. Hanke is AWESOME. I have seen so many eye docs in the past for my condition and my vision and nobody has spent more time, explained more thoroughly, or empathized as much as Dr. Hanke. She is smart, she cares about patients, and has wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone. I've learned so much about my eye health and have never felt more validated. Sticking with her for as long as I can!!

Dr. Hanke was wonderful! She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She's also very personable! Angel was very helpful helping me choose my glasses. I like that I felt my issues were addressed and I was given honest suggestions and recommendations. This is where I'll go in the future for my eye care needs!

Wish I had a better experience. The staff seemed very helpful and caring at first. We needed help finding our insurance policy as we did not know who it was through or the policy number (it was stolen when our car was recently broken into). I knew they had this information since my wife recently used them for her prescription (with some issues though). As I was scheduling the appointment with them for myself, I asked her if she could write the policy number and insurance name down so I could give the information to our dependent child. At this point, she told me she could not because of HIPPA. As a healthcare provider myself I respectfully disagreed. After thinking about why my own information could not be shared with myself for a moment, I felt this establishment was not in the best interest of their patients and then told her to please cancel my appointment. I also asked her to let her management know why I decided to cancel my appointment. I previously knew they were the only local place for my insurance where we live as we try to support more local businesses, though this experience tells me it is most likely worth the 10-mile drive to another business that accepts our insurance.

Dr. Hanke is very focused on helping her clients get the best of care and makes sure your eye health is known to her patients. She took her time to make sure I received a perfect prescription and knew about my eye health. I highly recommend her for anyone.

Dr. Hanke is phenomenal!! Patient, kind, and unwilling to let you leave without being completely satisfied. She took her time hearing my concerns and making sure my prescription was correct. She also fit me for contacts and had me wear them for a bit to make sure they were comfortable. Was always willing to help if I felt any sort of discomfort. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

5 stars for Dr. Hanke! ! One of the best optometrists I've been to! She is caring and always makes sure I understand what is going on with my eyes and vision. She perfects my prescription and ensures my contacts are the best for me. Dr. Hanke is very thorough and I know my eye health is in the best of hands. I highly recommend her practice to anyone!

I just wanna say I went to .Walmart ..and had a eye exam .and got my glasses there ..I must say .everyone there was so .nice !!! And believe ..the price for my glasses .and exam .was .so much cheaper then going to .a private ..eye Dr !!! I am .more then satisfied .with my glasses !!!! Dr hanke was awesome as well as the other lady .that check my old glasses out !!!.
