Was running late yesterday because the car was broken and I walked all the way thar for them to give me the rudest treatment and they canceled on me after I walked about 3 miles I'm pissed I'm about to go to somebody else becuse I feel like the workers don't care about us and I'm special needs you just lost a customer a good customer

Dr. James Conway is in my mind, the most soft spoken kind and gracious and knowledgeable eye Doctors I have ever visited in my 57 years of life. I would expect the same exact visit, if I had Jesus as an eye doctor!!!!! Thank all the people that I have dealt with in there, from the secretary to the gal that tested and took pictures of my eyes. May God my Loving Father bless each and every one of you in your own special way.

Absolutely the rudest front desk employees. Rebecca was the absolute nastiest on the phone and in person. The office will not assist my special needs daughter in getting her new glasses. They have horrible customer service and unwillingness to help their customers. I will never go back to this office. I would recommend never booking an appointment with them aswell.
