My husband and I visited Eye Care Optical for me to shop for new frames. It was our first time there. I found the frames I wanted. I needed adjustments to the lenses and it meant sending the glasses back to the lab on 2 different occasions. The staff is professional , friendly, and helpful. During the 4 visits I made, clients would come and go and the staff greeted and treated their clients like family, called them by name, asked about their kids and their travels. With each visit, it was a consistent level of kindness and caring service. This is teamwork at it's finest. This team genuinely cares about the client and the services provided. Thank you caring. Five years ago I walked in to see if I could borrow a tiny screwdriver to fix my glasses from falling off my face. They fixed them, cleaned them and gave me a free cleaning kit and I have never gone anywhere else since. The women who work here are so friendly. I have a challenging prescription and I have frustrated many optometrists but Dr.Bowman was delightful and patient. And the frames they carry are SO COOL.

This is the place to go. Incredibly inexpensive, friendly staff. The only drawback is that it is a bit cramped, and aside from the actual room to see the doctor, there is not that much privacy. I talked to lens crafters and various other places on how much they would charge for a contact lens fitting, and they wanted as much as $250. Here, I got everything done (including follow ups) for $60. The optometrist is friendly and answers all your questions, and the staff themselves are very knowledgeable and willing to help.
