I've never actually purchased glasses from here but I plan to in the future. They have adjusted my glasses before that I got somewhere else though. I think that's a very nice free amenity. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The guy that works there is super helpful and really knows his stuff. The younger girl that works there adjusted my glasses five separate times because I'm really picky and never complained one bit she was super friendly throughout the whole process. They priced me for a pair of glasses with an exam and you can't beat that price. If I were to go to an actual doctor's office it would be five times that amount. I'm not sure why anyone would complain about this place especially the insurance person. I don't know how you could order so many times and not realize that they don't take your insurance. That sounds like a personal problem. I definitely recommend this place.

I work here, so of course I love it! I buy all of my glasses/contacts here. We accept most insurance, all you have to do is ask- we of course, need to know the name of your vision provider before we can let you know if we take it. We do our best to meet all of your needs and keep you happy. We love ALL of our customers!

This vision center went above and beyond for me when I needed glasses. They were very attentive when I was picking out my frames and let me try on over 20 pair! They met all the guidelines for the pandemic on cleanliness and protocols. Every employee in this office made me feel at home & welcome! Will only go here for mine and my family's vision care now!

Went there for glasses following cataract surgery. My dr said due to surgery, I qualify for $100 toward new glasses. But the guy in the vision center said, "Not here we don't. We don't even accept Medicare Advantge Humana here." Thanks WalMart. Real nice.
