Dr. Jeffries is the best eye doctor I've been to! Switched to him about a year ago and it was the best decision! He is so kind and personable, and he is never overbooked so he isn't rushed during appointments. I'm always able to get in for appointments in a reasonable time as well!

I see Dr. Bruce Jeffries for special diabetic eye care and he is fabulous. He takes his time with you so your appointment is not rushed. He does the whole exam himself as opposed to others who just confirm your diagnosis, so he knows your eyes. He will take the time to explain them to you and help you understand your situation. Excellent doctor that I would highly recommend!

This place is amazing. My 4yr old and I got glasses here. They do great with kids & made the whole experience very pleasant. He was patient, they gave us both sturdy cases, and ccloth for cleaning. The cherry on the cake was card with my prescription & measurements. I have never gotten from a Dr before, Americas best were being jerks whenever I asked them. He told me to keep it in my wallet in case something was happen to either pair. I would rate higher if it was possible.

The staff was rude and uncompassionate about my missed appt. I was one hour late in calling. I offered to pay for a non show and reschedule but she was not nice in her attempt to say no. I have been there before and was welcomed but this person on staff did not hear anything I said and had almost a written and monotone answer for everything I said. I love the doctor, having been there before, but she refused to reschedule me, point blank. How sad!
