I'm from out of state, and recently had my eye exam here at the Cole Eye Institute in North Ridgeville. I had no trouble getting an appointment, and the office staff was sufficiently quick and friendly. No problems with insurance either.

Dr. Borland is the best doctor I've ever had in my life. She is always efficient and effective, while showing concern for her patients. She caught a misdiagnosis from the ER that fixed the extreme pain I was having. The staff at this location is also friendly. Also shoutout to Tessa for being awesome as well.

Been going to DR. Borland for years my experience has been wonderful each time!!! Its hard to get an appointment with her due to her always being booked. So, if she is booked I will see Dannon CNP that is just as good!!! Tessa is ALWAYS very kind and caring as well she's also been with the office for multiple years!!!
My only complaint is the frount desk ladies arent the nicest!!! Almost always very snobby and rude! There is never a time I am not put on hold!!!
Also, really wish they wouldnt gossip about there "job related issues" infrount of patients that is just so rude! No one wants to hear that bs!!!

First off the nurse was incredibly rude. Ive never been here before and she was in a rush and as soon as she left the room she was on her phone. I don't mean office phone, I mean personal conversation on her phone and I could hear her whole 10 minute conversation. So clearly the phone was more important than her job, but whatever. Then comes in dr. Borland, I felt like she was putting me down in front of the person training with her. I do give her points for being thorough but it was like she was trying to get through this visit. Don't go here, staff is just rude and they will never get any of my money!

I have been going to Dr. Borland for the last 3 years after having to change from my original physician due to insurance changes. She is fantastic. She is so caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Borland not only takes care of me, but my children from teenagers all the way to down to infant. The entire staff is so friendly and welcome us by name. I highly recommend this office!
