Awful experience. The exam was what is expected...nothing wrong with that. It was when I wanted to pick out new glasses. Not much of a selection at all, I like wearing Oakleys for their comfort. The employee said, if you want those kind, they're tucked over in the corner. There's a nice selection on the website...I asked about those, she said, do you know which ones. Can't get any sort of service inside the building. She had a laptop, but not sure why she didn't bring up the website to show the selection. She was more worried about my $10 copay. I told her that I didn't find anything. She didn't even give my prescription to go elsewhere. Do better!

I've seen Dr Maul for years and since he was booked so far out, I tried the remote exam and I LOVED IT! The technician was with me through the entire process even though the Dr was in a different location. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Maul has always been a great eye dr. I have been going to him since I was a child. I would recommend him to everyone. His staff was very nice and helpful. Now my children are going to him.

I highly recommend my eye Dr. ! Both of my kids have gone here (ages 12&14) for years. The whole staff and both doctors are very polite and respectful. My 12 year old daughter just got contacts and the specialist there was so patient and encouraging. We've been here over 20 times then passed ten years and have never had a disappointing visit. Never wait longer then ten minutes to be seen. Thank you all for the amazing service you do for my children.

Appt was quick but thorough! Staff was very friendly and helpful, Megan helped work with my insurance/cash pay to see which option would give me the best price!

The doctors and staff are truly incredible! Myself, my husband, and our children have been coming here for years and every time we go in, we are treated like family. From the initial greeting from the front desk ladies, the ladies helping with the tests before seeing the drs, the drs, and the ladies helping to pick out glasses, not one bad thing to say!! Efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Had a really good experience. All staff members are professional and very helpful, especially Megan, she made choosing my glasses an easy decision.

Firelands have been the family eye Dr since I was born.. and for my children. They were the only place I went.. and I spoke highly of... Unfortunately ever since "merging" with the company (my eye Dr), their loyalty and dedication to their customers have deleted drastically! I'm am extremely disappointed! I now live an hour away, have for several years and was still going to them.. this last incident involved simply picking out glasses for my boys, I had prescription in hand. They see a specialist. I was told anytime before closing was okay to pick glasses and I didn't need to make an apt. This was a month ago. I had a new pair ordered for my son and they were pop bottle size instead of the high index lenses! And today I arrived at 4pm and was turned away told I was not able to pick glasses and I needed to leave and return Monday! My kids started school and need their updates. I have a very tight schedule and explained we drove an hour.. no remorse and she seemed like we were a burden. And said then don't come back.. well I won't.. you've lost business in me.
