I had my first visit at the Oakwood location last week. The entire staff was super welcoming and kind. Kailey in the optical shop stole the show for me though. She was able to help me pick frames that were outside my comfort zone (which is exactly what I was going for, after wearing some version of basic black frames for decades), and within about 10 minutes- and for me, that was HUGE. I am admittedly one of the most indecisive humans on the planet. Excited for the new specs to come in!

Very professional and cozy atmosphere. Quinn was very nice and patient with me and my questions. The dr was also nice. And Kaily who helped me choose my glasses for me was patient as well. Nice place to come for glasses.

I stopped in because I lost a screw out of my eyeglasses. A lovely woman named Kaily fixed them for free in five minutes. In this day and age it's hard to get anyone to fix anything, let alone for free. I'm very grateful and couldn't recommend Kailey's services more highly.

I had a great experience from my eye exam to the day I got my glasses. Everyone was very helpful, Kaily helped me pick out my frames and I loved the first ones she showed to me!!

I've come here out of convenience because I live close, but that's really the only positive. The ladies working the phones are alright, but the individuals who do prep work for the doctor are impersonal. In fact, the entire process is impersonal. The doctor is a telemedicine doctor. They literally remote in via zoom call and write a prescription. Is everything in this country a money making scheme? Beyond that, if you call for a prescription modification outside of the 1 week trial period they'll want to rebook and charge you for a full consultation for something as simple as getting an astigmatism removed from your prescription. One of the main selling points of this practice is that they beat competitors prices. However, for some unknown reason, they won't price match or beat the cheapest online retailers. How convenient. Really a mystery. Honestly this place shouldn't be in Oakwood. It's a joke. The fees are also higher than other practices. You are paying for mediocrity and lining the pockets of grifting healthcare scammers. go to a local practice.

The dr is nice and explains everything well. The assistant and receptionist are kind. Dont expect to get your glasses in a timely matter. Dont listen to the text, call before coming all the way first to make sure they are ready for pickup and dont need reordered again for the second time.
