These people can't get their stuff together. My insurance company sent me to them because they are close to me and in network, and they still had issues verifying my insurance AFTER I've already given them all of the information when I made my appt. The very old lady who answers the phone is not very kind or informative. She's rude, snippy, and refused to explain to me the process of having to wear my contacts in to be seen when I'll just have to remove them again to get my actual yearly eye exam done, which means I would have to throw them away as they are disposable. Instead of helping me understand why this practice is necessary because I've never had to do this at any other eye Dr in my life, she hung up on me when I asked why they require this, even though it's a totally legitimate question to ask. I guess they do not care about having new patients because they have all the ones they need apparently. I do not recommend this office at all.

I liked how quickly I got an appointment, and my glasses. However, I had sensitivity to my glasses, and was told it could be the material, and that the glasses would be sent back to be worked on. New glasses were not any better. I was then told that they used my old prescription, and no mention was made of using different material. I don't know if that was due to my insurance or what. All I was told was that was the best they could do. The best part of my visit was the assistant; she was very kind and accommodating, and made me feel at ease.

As an adult who wears gas permeable contact lenses, I do not recommend this facility. They are unable to provide this type of lenses and acted like I was some kind of crazy freak for wearing them. I do take my elementary-aged child here and have been reasonably satisfied. They do a decent job accommodating the difficulties of giving an eye exam to a young child, and they even did an extra exam for us at minimal cost when we needed to reorder a pair of glasses mid-year. They have a nice selection of sturdy kids' frames, which is the main reason why we started going here. The only reservation I have is that the guy who helps out with selecting glasses is overly concerned with the distinction between male and female frames, for both adults and children. If you want your child to feel free to pick whatever color of glasses they want, this guy will make that difficult. I've even seen him dismissively steer a boy away from blue glasses because they were a "girl" blue. If that doesn't bother you, we've had no other issues with kids' glasses.

I was referred to Dr. Sutton from an urgent care facility due to a condition that could of resulted in permanent eye damage . She and her facility took my case within an hour. She was thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for her, and the staff.

The doctor is wonderful but avoid this place! I paid to get an eye exam and they refused to give me my pupillary distance measurements unless I bought glasses for them, which is ridiculous considering their frames are grossly overpriced.

Dr Sutton was fantastic, very through, patient. Highly recommend her.
