I received excellent care by Dr Leach at the Oxford Location. The staff was prepared and started my evaluation process as soon as I arrived. Each procedure was explained to me by the technician. Dr Leach was very pleasant and diagnosed my condition and my treatment plan; then he explained my prescription options. The technician checked my insurance plan's coverage for each eye drop prescription. After a week on the new prescription, my eye sight is clear and the pain has decreased dramatically. Definitely recommend this provider.

The Office girls were amazing. Very nice very friendly way better than the last time I've visited. Dr. Leach was friendly and informative. I felt very comfortable with talking to each and everyone of them. It wasn't like they were in a big hurry and didn't have time for me and I know they were busy.. if every visit I had with them was like yesterday that would be wonderful.

They cancelled my appt twice before I got in. The scheduling of appointments is difficult. You are on hold on the phone long periods of time. The staff at the office does not appear to be a happy group. The dr. Is good so I will continue to go there.
