Recently took my dad here for cataract surgery. My dad is just about the grumpiest old man out there and is extremely resistant to any sort of medical intervention. Dr Pajka and his staff handled him perfectly. He went in thinking that he would leave immediately if anything at all got on his nerves, by the time he left his follow up appointment he was telling me I should find a way to thank them. His cataract was pretty severe due his delay in treating it and by the time he left he was marveling at how successfully his vision has been restored. A sincere thank you to Dr Pajka and his team for how the handled my difficult dad. One thing to note - I'm not going to take anything off of the review for this, but the office and waiting area are COLD. While I was there one guy went and waited in his car and another person waiting went to her car and got a blanket. I'm guessing they just don't have their heat on yet for the year but when you've got a room full of senior citizens you should be more aware of the temperature.

When you're dealing with something as important as your eyesight, it's important to go to someone who knows what they are doing, who surrounds themselves with the right people, cares about you and will answer your questions in easy to understand terms. That's why I went to Dr. Pajka. He took care of my husband and now me. Plus his staff is friendly and efficient.

I have been coming to this office for years now. I made an appointment came in for my appointment very rude. Not even a hello just last name. She asked for my insurance card I have vision through VSP that I have used before. Through the postal service which is federal. She rudely said we Bill your medical. I said but I have vision insurance also she said louder we bill your medical. I will find another eye doctor and I will not be back to this office.

Not happy from the start with the Professionalism, Of the staff from receptionist down to the nurses in the surgery. The nurses in the surgery there was 2 of them that were being very snippy with each other and slightly arguing in front of the patients including myself. Which is completely unprofessional for nurses to be snippy or acting anyway in front of patients very uncomfortable with that explain this to the nurse and she stated she was the head nurse of surgery and she was the one that was being extremely snippy with this other nurse very very unprofessional very upset with the whole situation and the surgery ended up being canceled because she had to go talk to the doctor because she had to go talk to the doctor because I had sutures in my mouth and the searches were over a week and a 1/2 old and we're supposed to be coming out and she did not want to hear it and she did not want to do anything so she put a hard stop to it Very unhappy with the whole situation I believe the doctor is very good but Needs to check out some of his staff because some of them need to be reminded that we are the patients and we need to have the respect that they are supposed to be giving to us!

Wow. They won't even do eye exams anymore. I used to come here for years. The office said they are "steering away from that." My wife needs to see an eye doctor for both an eye issue and new a prescription. I'm sure they have the equipment still. Wow. Its so Sad how people just don't care about customer service anymore. Can't see this place being around much longer.

I would love to thank Dr Pajka and his team for the wonderful surgery that I received on Wed 1/17/18. I have cataracts on both eyes and I'm a very high anxious person when it comes to a doctor's office the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable the ladies at the front desk smiles and says hi and from there it was just all wonderful experience Dr pyka is by far the best doctor I've ever had and I've had quite a few doctors in my Time but I will be going back Thur to schedule for the right eye I had the left eye cataract removed and I drove myself back at 7 a.m. the next morning without glasses so that speaks highly as if wore glasses for quite some time once again Dr pyka I would like to thank you and your team my husband and I both will see you on Thursday at which point he has a consultation for one cataract there was no pain no stitches and no patch thank you so much.

I would never recommend this Dr to anyone. At my husbands 1st visit he acted like he didn't have time for us and he was being bothered. He never told us that having cataract surgery after a detached retina could cause another detachment. At my husbands 3rd follow-up visit sure enough he had another detachment. It now has been 2 yrs of eye surgeries with no improvement mostly due to this 2nd retinal detachment. If we would have known the complications and risks we may have chosen a different route. Also, a Dr who puts his own reviews on here should be ashamed of himself.

Dr Pajka has been my eye doctor for years. The staff is very courteous. They work together like a well-oiled machine. As of July, 2021 mask are still required on your visit
