Fantastic first experience! Took my daughter in for new glasses, chose them due to the rating and was not disappointed. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and worked really well with my 9 year old. I went to Eye Mart Express and the customer service from the three ladies there was AMAZING. Dominique greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and Lori helped me pick out and pay for my glasses. She even showed me the buy-one-get-one-free deal online, so instead of getting just one pair, I walked out with TWO!
I got my glasses the same day in under 30 minutes--and for cheap! When I picked them up, Lori, Dominique, and Marrica were all so kind. They complimented both pairs when I tried them on, had great humor, and made me feel amazing walking in and walking out.
This was truly the best experience I've ever had getting glasses, and it was my first time going there. I was in and out with zero stress. Highly recommend!
