Target Optical

Billi was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase of two pairs of glasses. She had her hands full with myself and another customer wanting to place orders at the same time, but she was quick and efficient. It was my first time visiting the Target Rossford Optical but I'll definitely be back. Dr Schmucker was also wonderful! Great experience all around!

I received wonderful service from the people working at the clinic. However Target really needs to up their game when it comes to the appearance of the office. It looks like something out of the 70's but dirty. The wall color is that disgusting yellowish beige. The carpet is filthy and worn and as far as I could see never matched the paint color. I think a nice blue or gray with white trim with a new rug that coordinates with the paint would be much more inviting. Also some new signage over the frames would be great and get some art on the wall chosen by someone who understands color would be great. And BTW the clinic is freezing. Make this a more pleasant environment for everyone

I have never been to Target Optical before but I would definitely go back to this one! Dr. Schumacker was very patient and through, and she listened to all of my concerns. Both of the opticians were very knowledgeable and helpful when helping me pick out frames. Terri was patient with me and honest about how they looked on me. Everyone here gave me excellent service and went the extra mile to help me and answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our whole family uses Target optical and every person is extremely satisfied with our experience. They go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our glasses and the fit is great. We also appreciate the wide variety of brands and choices. Billie has helped us several times and she is so patient and understanding of our big decisions and so helpful in helping us make the right choice. Highly recommend!

I am not impressed with the gals who help you. when it came to writing up my new glasses,I was asked if I wanted the coating for scratches I replied No, I take good care of my glasses. When I got into our car to leave I looked at my receipt and sure enough I was charged the $25 for coating for scratches. Because I am having difficulty seeing on the computer,unless I have it tilted on my chest so it is closer for the bifocals, I can't see. same with my phone. I went back a week later to see what could be done, well after some discussion, and asked if I couldn't just switch back to my other glasses when on the computer? I said No. Now those Glasses I was having issues with seeing after a time on the computer- that is why I chose to go to them because my new insurance covered them. Finally she says that if she went to the plastic lens she couldn't put the coating on them. And I replied I did not want it in the first place. She replied you don't, and I replied No but you put it on anyways! 0 so new lens ordered that are trifold, we'll see if once again I have that stupid coating on them.

Always a great experience getting my exam and buying my glasses here! Terri is a great help picking out my frames and checking for offers to save me some $$! Shes SO sweet and helpful!

I took my son's eyeglasses in for repair today. Billi was friendly and pleasant, fixed them at no charge, and also noticed and replaced a missing nose pad.

This experience could not hae been better. This was the first time I have purchased glasses and contacts from this store. My eye exams are always easy, comfortable and great, but my first purchase experience was wonderful. Terri made it so easy and fast. Her professionalism and care really showed through the whole visit. Shea made sure I got the best deal and that my experience was the best
