Should have done this sooner! But so glad I did it! Staff and Drs are phenomenal. Made me feel so comfortable! Consult was booked and procedure was two days later. Quick recovery and would recommend anyone to come to LVI.

Please don't decide to get LASIK or PRK, by reading reviews. Talk to a reputable opthalmologist first. Although many insurance companies consider this as an elective surgery unless you have cataracts, several hospitals offer the procedure in a more familiar setting with specialists on standby. With that being said, I did none of that. I researched and selected LVI through a promotion from EyeMed. I elected to have PRK, and even though the recovery period was longer and a bit rough, the overall procedure went well and I'm satisfied with results. The cons: - Knowing that most insurances companies won't cover the procedure, they push CareCredit. It sounds like a great deal, because of the zero interest financing but they hit you with an upfront charge for using it so it defeats the purpose of the offer. - Tucked away in a small business park with no obvious signs, this location can be incredibly difficult to find - There is a high turnover of employees erodes any type of consistency - They collect payment before the service is rendered - The hard sell begins from the moment you walk in the door, with a 4 minute video loop on the TV in the waiting room boasting all the benefits of LVI services, with some over-exaggerated endorsements. There are some real health concerns associated with this procedure that shouldn't be downplayed. Overall you'll get a friendly staff and doctor that is willing to address your concerns. The facility is clean and that's why I continue to go. If you ever experience symptoms that are abnormal, get a second opinion at a hospital or equivalent.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Visited this place because of the stellar reviews and it has been the best decision of my life. Went in on a random Wednesday for my consultation and to ask questions and I was so pleased with how professional and upfront everyone was that I scheduled my surgery for 2 days later. The consultation lasts a few hours because they do every eye test under the sun (measure twice and cut once), but the actual surgery took about ten minutes. Kinda geeked myself out by watching surgery videos beforehand, but what no one mentions is that the initial pressure they put on your eyes has you seeing black for 90% of the surgery. Surgery was painless and, since you don't see anything for most of it, very easy. Was able to see right after the surgery but you're sensitive to light so thing appear slightly blurry (still better than my natural vision at this point). The next day most of that light sensitivity goes away and I tested for 20/20. It's a little less than two weeks since the surgery and 98% of the light blurriness is gone so I'm sure I'm seeing better than the 20/20 I tested at two weeks ago. Couldn't be happier with this place. Along with everything going perfectly, it's just a pleasure to be here. Everyone here enjoys their jobs and takes pleasure in doing what they do. Everyone was not only friendly, but excited for me and their part in my journey. It's the kind of place you'd consider getting a fruit basket after you visit. If you're on the fence about where to go, just jump, you couldn't make a better decision than going to LASIK Vision Institute.

This was the best experience I ever had! I have gone from 20/400 vision to 20/15. If you're looking for a great place for Lasik Surgery please come here! Affordable, friendly and great work

Best Decision of my Adult Life (don't tell my husband)! Fantastic, knowledgable staff. Reasonable prices and best follow-through. I would do it again and again (but luckily, because they are so good, I won't have to)!

I LOVED the warm, inviting and professional atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and quick to answer my questions. They walked me through EVERYTHING that was happening...And the results of the surgery came out better than anyone expected! I only expected to come out with 20/30 vision which was the same as if I had glasses on. At my recheck today , the day after surgery, I have 20/15 vision!!! THANK YOU YOU SO MUCH LasikPlus

I was super nervous when I arrived but the staff was so friendly and full of information and ready to answer all of my questions ( I had a ton). They made me feel so comfortable that when I came back I was ready!!! Ready to experience 20/20 vision. Today I am back for my post op and again the staff was so professional, friendly and again ready to answer all my questions. My eyes feel great except for the blurriness ( which is expected). This is one of the best decisions I ever made. No more glasses... what!!!!! I would definitely recommend LVI , the whole team was wonderful.

Great, easy, painless process! Went in for a free consultation and they had me scheduled to get my lasik procedure in 2 weeks. Procedure only last 20min and was painless. The next day I went in for my follow up appointment and checked my vision and I had 20/15 vision which is better than the 20/20 within less than 24 hours from the procedure. Incredible results and so happy I went through with it! Life changing decision that I'm glad I made! Recommend this LASIK Vision Institute to all.
