Gabby at SEE is Phenomenal! She has an Art Degree from Cleveland Institute of Art! Gabby helps guests to pick the perfect pair for every face color & shape! I absolutely love going in to SEE and having the curated experience that everyone should have access to! And you can! My glasses were very affordable and there's always options that are under $100! My experience at See Eyewear was excellent from start to finish. The store was spotless and inviting, and my eye exam was explained clearly, which I really appreciated. Gabby helped me pick out glasses and gave honest styling advice that felt genuine, not salesy. She even showed me how glasses can be a fun part of your wardrobe instead of just something practical. Everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Superior eye examination and eye wear selection service. With both medical and design degrees, my expectations in this arena are quite high. Dr. Workman is exceptional. Gabrielle and I selected multiple frames that mirrored my personality and creative edge. Her business skills in securing the best options with and without the use of insurance made me feel she truly had my best interest at heart. I travel from the far Westside because they are well worth it.

We didn't even make it in to see the doctor for our eye exam because they were so behind. We waited 40 minutes from our scheduled appointment time before asking about progress because we had somewhere else to be. The doctor still had to finish with a patient and they had someone else come back with dilated eyes they needed to fit in before us. If we hadn't left it's likely we would have been there over 2 hours. I understand running behind and waiting but this was not acceptable. Save your time and try somewhere else.

Warning! Warning! Warning! As they read this, you're reading it. And they're wondering what it's all about as you are. And here's what it's all about. I made a phone call. Talked to the manager of this place during the week. I asked him if he took my insurance, VSP. He took my birthdate my last four of my social. Put me on hold then came back and said yes we do. Sent my wife in there on Saturday and they're not in network. Something he failed to tell me when I had him on the phone. That to me is bait and switch. They got me in there or my wife in there based on a false promise of insurance coverage. Stay away from this place. It's dishonesty at the very least. Criminal at the very best. I wouldn't do business these people if I were legally blind, and they were the last optical place on the planet. Let that be your guide. And I wanna tell the owners of this place something. You want to respond. Go right ahead you tell lies. I will re-edit and call you on the lie. And then you can re-edit and then I'll do it and then you do it. I'll do it you do it. I'll do it. How's that sound. Nothing like pissing off potential customers sothey can tell your other potential customers exactly what you've done. I believe the current vernacular is shooting yourself in the foot. When you tell the untruth, even if the person is on the phone, you're lying right to their face.

From the time we walked thru the door to the time we left, everyone was smiling, kind and extremely helpful. Customer Service was outstanding. Great products and great prices. Nice Job, Jamal.
