I had a truly excellent experience at the Sheffield SVS Vision. The manager was very friendly and greeted me warmly upon my arrival. The optician dedicated ample time to assist me in selecting the perfect two pairs of frames: one with tinted polarized sunglass lenses, and the other clear for driving. Both frames were delivered and are remarkably impressive, durable, lightweight, and of the Flexon brand. My vision is now exceptionally clear. To describe Kelly S., the optician apprentice, one word comes to mind: "Professional!" Kelly thoughtfully took her time to understand my needs; she was both caring and kind. I will most certainly return to this location. Previously, I had utilized the Middleburg Heights location, where the optician seemed more like a salesperson than a professional. Kelly judiciously pointed out that it would not be sensible for them to sell me antireflective coatings on the back of the glasses, a suggestion that Middleburg had made. (I have since confirmed the validity of her advice.) Kelly did an outstanding job of ensuring my comfort during the personal process of selecting the appropriate frames and lenses. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing something unnecessary. I desired high-quality lenses with durable anti-scratch, antireflective, and oleophobic coatings, which effectively reduce smudges and watermarks on my daily pair, and similar but mirrored and polarized features on my sunglass pair. These glasses are expected to last for many years, much like my previous pair.

Had a Saturday appointment, they sent me a text to confirm, I confirmed and then went to this location Saturday only to find they were closed. No one bothered to tell me or get me to reschedule so I drove out for nothing. Don't go to this location they will only waste your time.

Received a phone call that I had to pick up my refund due to the fact that my glasses order couldn't be filled. The website states the business is open on Saturdays butI have gone numerous times on a Saturday and your location has been closed. My work schedule prevents me from going during the week. You need to change the hours on your website to reflect the hours you are actually open.

The woman was already helping me then started helping another customer then tells me it's going to be a few minutes. She was already helping me first? They also don't have an actual doctor. Who wants a virtual visit for an eye exam?

Come to this location if you want to be ignored. My wife and I weren't even talked to or approached when we were looking at glasses, even after saying that we were interested in purchasing. Two employees sat and talked about how much money someone was going to make at a new job and how they were ready to leave. Only leaving one star because Pam was great and provided great service. Even waiting on us when she could have taken a break.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Billy, the manager at your office. Although I arrived only five minutes late for my 9:00 appointment, he stated that I had missed the five-minute grace period. However, it was evident that the office had just opened at 9:00. When I asked to order a replacement, and pay out of pocket, I was informed that it was not possible. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told that the grace period is actually seven minutes and that I could order a new pair of glasses. It seems that Billy provided me with false information, which I find unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with the level of hospitality and service I received. Especially because I made an emergency apt due to my glasses being broken and i have very little vision when driving. Thank you customer service!

The staff here was great and friendly when I came in for my glasses and exam. Very helpful, especially Dallas who I believe is the new manager. Positive place, will be back.

You can tell everyone at this place really love their job. Best experience by far...everyone was so welcoming and energetic...from the beginning with me calling to see if svs was even in my network...Billy went above and beyond to get the information for me (in my opinion) he said I'll call you back with an answer either way...and he actually called back..sad to say people aren't really doing that anymore. I made an appointment the next day just from him calling back...when I walked in I met Billy and the other ladies there. Needless to say I really do like this place.
