I had an appointment today for new frames. The ladies there were so great with recommendations on which frames would fit best. They have a wonderful selection! I can be very indecisive and they were very patient with me. Thank you, Berris ladies for my new frames!

This place is charging you more than what you should be paying. We went in to get husband's safety glasses and then house glasses for me and him. They told him they would submit one or the other to the insurance company and give us a discount on the second pair. That's how they do it. Prescription Safety glasses are covered. Then insurance covers for the house ones where we have to pay the difference. We walked out. I did call up our provider and let them know what this place is doing. When you go into this place and need safety glasses, you better tell them it will be two accounts one for safety glasses and one for insurance. They have to be submitted separately. You would think they would know that. We've had the same insurance for 9 years, so i knew I was right.

Went into Berris optical for an eye exam. The staff there was very friendly as well as insightful while helping me find the right frames! I appreciate all of their help and will be returning!

I have had bought a few pairs of glasses at other places and was never able to get used to them, so in turn, never wore them. The doctor here actually took the time to listen and gave me a prescription that I could adapt to. I've been wearing my glasses ever since. The staff was so fun helping me pick frames. I ended up choosing a pair suggested by the receptionist that I never would have chosen myself. She has a great eye for style and what looks good on you. I will never go anywhere else. All around great experience. Great service and I highly recommend Berris.

Would highly recommend to anyone! The staff and doctors are fantastic. I've been coming here for a couple years now and can't imagine going elsewhere. Always a great selection of glasses. I started visiting Berris when my office was a mile away. I work in a different county now, but still return for the outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. They are my eyecare provider of choice.

A lot of times people are quick to leave a bad review but I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences every time I've visited. The front desk staff has always been very welcoming and the Dr.s are great! The optician named Denise has helped me time and time again when picking out frames and always knows whats in style and what will look the best on me!. I refuse to go anywhere else when I can go to a place that makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to the ladies at Berris! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent experience! Staff and Doctor were so nice and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my experience of picking out frames because the girl helped me so much and really cared that I "looked good" in the frames. She was like a sister knowing what looked the best for me and what I could afford. Thanks Berris for your help with the whole process.
