Everyone in the office is great. Dr. Thompson is very thorough and works well with insurance. You always know what you will owe when you walk out the door. very clean as well.

The building is meant to look rustic, old style architecture, which matches the little town in which it lies. Much like the early 1900's architecture, is the service that you get. Be prepared when you dial in on that new technology called a telephone, to a speek to an incredibly clueless voice on the other end. Since the location is so rural, she is obviously not use to dealing with the public. If you want an appointment for an exam or to order glasses, it will be somewhere around a month before they can get you in. If you do get an appointment and order glasses, be prepared to wait 2 to 3 weeks for them to arrive at the office, at which time you will be contacted to make another appointment that could take 1 to 2 more weeks to get in for a fitting. My advice to anyone considering this office, would be to go into the big city of Springfield where you can get an appointment for a same day and they will have your glasses ready in 1.5 hours. So modern!
