First time at this beautiful office. Looks like your visiting a family or friends house. I didn't have to wait long for my appt and was taking back and explained everything very thoroughly by a knowledgeable tech. Had my eyes checked by very high tech machines. After my testing I was brought back to meet Dr Alessio. He came in very quickly and was very friendly and professional. His Dr Patient relationship was very refreshing and he also seemed like a friend but professional. He explained everything and went over the results with me and answered all my questions. His office coordinator was also in the office with us and she was very knowledgeable about insurance and medication suggestions. I'm very pleased with the excellent service I received here and will be back as a client! I highly recommend this ophthalmologist office.

I love Dr. Clemens. She's been my doctor for a while now. She's gentle, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She always takes her time and never makes me feel like she's rushing my appointment or that I'm just a dollar sign. She always answers my questions completely and makes sure I understand her. She always asks me if I have any questions or concerns before she leaves the room. You can tell she truly loves her job.

Dry nice and relaxing office. Very friendly staff and dr Alessio has outstanding bedside manners. Very helpful. I was referred to Dr Alessio. The office is just beautiful and the receptionist who took my information was super nice. The exam was thorough and the technician was very professional. I have a couple more appointments before cataract surgery. Dr Alessio answered my questions and I was very pleased with this appointment. It now is 2025 and my left eye that the cataract was removed still feels absolutely terrible. DO NOT DO LASER ASSISTED CATARACT REMOVAL. They show you videos that make you think this has to be better than the traditional way. Plus you pay out of your own pocket which was 1900. Was not pleased with my outcome and went Cole at Cleveland Clinic for my other eye. Perfectly satisfied.
