I have seen Dr. Wright for several years. She is professional, efficient & dedicated! She is attentive to detail and genuinely cares for her clients. She loves what she does & is good at it which is evident within her practice. We drive 45 mins to be seen by her! Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff, doctors are friendly, professional and care about their patients.Everything was explained with great detail and I was made sure I understood. Big plus for being open evenings and Saturdays for us workaholics.

Very thorough! All the ladies there were super sweet and explained everything they did before they did it. My daughter has never been to the eye doc before and this was a very pleasant 1st time experience! Highly recommend!!!

The location was convenient and while I was there for a late evening appointment there was ample parking. As a new customer I was given a clipboard and asked to write down a bunch of personally identifiable medical information PII on a piece of paper that will have to be typed in later allowing opportunity for errors. It would have been nice to be able to enter all of this information via some kind of secure patient portal. While I was referring the Patient's Rights document I noticed that I could request a communication via encrypted email and I put such a request in writing and pointed it out to the woman at the front desk who seemed to acknowledge it but I have not heard anything from them about how they plan to accommodate, and as of this writing it has been over a week since my appointment. From the patient waiting area I could easily hear staff having discussions about other patients and specifically difficulty in getting a prescription to be accepted by a local pharmacy. I feel like it would be more secure to have such discussions in a private area, or perhaps in writing - maybe by electronic means. The usual doctor wasn't in and someone else was filling in for her so I can't speak to the service of the usual practitioners. The Dr filling in seemed to ensure that my prescription measurements were as accurate as possible, so that was greatly appreciated. She also asked my opinion of various exam options such as whether or not I wanted to be dilated and respected my choices. The high pressure test was of the air puff variety and the process of getting my checkup measurements was faster than I've experienced at other similar practices. I feel like the convenient location and flexible hours were the best attributes and the rest of the experience was about standard for a practice of this kind.

I am not a current customer however my screw fell out of my glasses. I'm pretty much blind without my glasses so I knew I couldn't get too far from home without them. I called and they said sure come on in. I drove over and they fixed them without any questions and didn't charge me. They were super nice and very helpful. A BIG thank you..you may have just got my business for my next set of glasses.

So.... for many many years, I haven't been able to see. I was wearing the strongest reading glasses you could get and those had to be ordered online. I quit reading books, (my favorite past time) and I rarely watched television. My new eye doctor has helped me so much! I actually got excited at work today because I could see the computer without reading glasses. I can text without reading glasses. I read a book! I cried...... lol Happy tears!! Totally recommend Dr. Wright at Sunbury Family EyeCare.

I dropped my glasses off 9/1/20. Only needed replacement lenses. A month went by so called to inquire. They said the glasses came yesterday but lenses were too small so sending them back. Another month went by so I called again. The short of it is they billed my vision insurance $700. I took another pair of glasses for replacement lenses to a different place & had them back in under 10 days & the cost was half!

Dr. Wright is fantastic. She's great at explaining issues. I love that she seems genuinely interested in eye health and her patients.
