Dr. is quite thorough, however, I find receptionist to be a bit unorganized & scattered . Will not be returning. Was quite glad Dr. answered phone himself on my last call. I called inquiring about glasses that were ordered 3 wks. ago , he could not locate. He mentioned this to Cheryl. I heard her say oh yeah they're here. He in turn said they're here I guess she knows where they are , I don't. Also, on last visit someone called inquiring if their glasses were in & heard her say if I didn't call you, then they're not here. Perhaps time to retire Cheryl.
