Good quality optometry services. Exams can be slow & and time-consuming, being "seen" 1/2 hr after appointment time, then 1/2 hour assessment by optometric tech, then waiting another 1/2 to see optometrist. This was a 2 hr process that should have taken 1 hr. No apologies or explanations were offered by staff for these delays. Customers should receive more timely services for what they're charged.

Both my wife, Theresa, and I have been seen and treated at Tiffin Eye Center. I've got to say, very few, if any other "establishments" has proven to us their professionalism, attention to detail and client needs and [their] follow-thru after a surgical procedure~ TOP NOTCH! Dr. Young completed my PRK surgery in February 2018 and it was a wonderful experience. His staff was friendly and did a good job of preparing me for the procedure. The procedure itself was short and without complication with Dr. Young talking me through the process the entire time. My recovery and post surgery experience have been phenomenal. I can't even remember what it was like to need glasses. I'd highly recommend Dr. Young and his practice to anyone who was interested in vision correction surgery.

Dr. Young is a wonderful man! HOWEVER: NEVER in all my 50+ years have I come across such an INCOMPETENT staff!!!! I was the one who had to FIGHT his stupid assistant just to get my surgery scheduled!!!! Then I get a call from their billing chick, and I had to call my own insurance company to get the billing codes!!! Then after all that, I call on Friday around 2:15pm (surgery was scheduled for the following Monday) and nobody will answer the damn phone!!!! So I call the hospital to make sure that they have all my information, and the INCOMPETENT staff decided to just cancel my surgery!!!!! So, they don't wanna schedule surgery's for Dr. Young... the billing girl doesn't want to do her job either.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?!?!?!?!?! What the hell kind of place is this????? I am definitely reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and to the OHIO Medical board about this place!! I am absolutely disgusted!!!

I received LASIK surgery from Dr. Young at the Tiffin Eye Center. After many years of 20/60 vision, this is one of the best things I've ever done. In terms of the practice itself, everything was fine but this review is specifically for the quality of surgery which I am extremely pleased with.
