Warby Parker The Shops on Lane Avenue

This is definitely the best Warby Parker in Columbus. Their staff is really nice and the selection is huge. I went on a Sunday afternoon and my experience was very quick. I love how the digital iPad service makes it efficient and modern, unlike some eyeglasses stores where you have to sit down with them at a computer and they go through so many clicks and paperwork. This is much less of a headache!

I had a really positive experience with the in-store appointment and customer service at Warby Parker -- the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, the glasses themselves have been a major disappointment. From the first day I picked them up, I noticed a wavy distortion in my vision that never went away. A technician initially mentioned the anti-reflective coating might not have bonded correctly in the lab and suggested I give my eyes a couple of weeks to adjust. I did exactly that, but the distortion persisted and caused significant eye strain. I genuinely tried to make them work, but I cannot comfortably see out of these lenses. When I contacted customer support, I was told I was past the return/exchange period, which was frustrating given that the issue appears to be a manufacturing or coating defect rather than a simple preference change. I invested a lot of money expecting clear, comfortable vision and instead ended up with glasses I can't wear. The service experience was great, but the product quality and lack of resolution after reporting a legitimate vision issue left me disappointed. I hope Warby Parker considers more flexibility when customers experience potential lens defects, because good customer service should extend beyond the initial sale.

I rarely leave reviews, but just had one of the best retail experiences ever at this store. Every retail store should have a Graham - kind, thorough, consultative and an advocate for the customer. He gave us honest, useful feedback and went out of his way to ensure we got the best price possible once we landed on the right options. If I ever leave Ohio, I may still come back to this location for optical needs just to work with Graham and team. The service was that good.

I had the best experience picking out frames at this location. The staff was super friendly and helpful - they did not make me feel rushed at all. Lucas and Sophie were extremely patient with me as I tried on every frame in the store! I had my glasses for about a week and felt the prescription was off. I had previously done my eye exam with another company. Graham gently suggested I consider seeing their on site optician and we found out I had been given the wrong Rx. So thankful they each took the time to make sure I was happy and satisfied!

My partner and I were both able to find glasses for quite reasonable prices at Warby Parker. As a first time visitor, I was anxious about ensuring I got all the features I wanted on my new glasses - Bran was very reassuring and a great help to help make the process easy for both of us. Bran and the other associate, Graham, provided honest feedback to help us both find glasses we loved. I can't wait for our new glasses to arrive at our doorstep!

Sophie was wonderful! I was assisted quickly and thoroughly, and not pressured to make a purchase or upgrade. When I did decide to purchase, Sophie asked about my vision benefits, and discovered a reimbursement that I was eligible for! All around great experience.

They are always so nice to work with. No matter the location, I always get the same great service! They are all very knowledgeable about the frames and lens options. Graham was who I saw today at Upper Arlington location and he was very thorough and did such a great job! I loved his input on options and his suggestions were awesome too! I always recommend Warby Parker to everyone who compliments me on my glasses (I get a lot of compliments!)

Dr. Brenda and the gentlemen in the front were amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, attentive, and social. Truly had an incredible experience with the eye exam and choosing frames. Can't wait to go back!
