Called them 24 hours ago! They got me in the next day (today) literally changed my 8 years of terrible issues with my contacts in less than an hour. They also gave me some supplies to bring home with me. When I made it home my wife of 8 years could not get over how clear and relaxed my eyes even my face is. If I could leave them 10 stars I would!! Thank you so much guys!! Very helpful to the veteran community as well

Dr Collins & staff are the best. The visit went quickly but covered a lot of ground. After the eye test, even though they do sell quality glasses there, the doctor said I would be fine just using my readers and did not recommend new glasses. Highly recommend!

My experience at Collins Vision Care has been nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Collins went above and beyond to help me find comfortable contact lenses; he was the first optometrist I ever had to tell me that my strong prescription could make contacts medically necessary so insurance would be more likely to pay for pricier contacts that didn't irritate my eyes. The staff is wonderful and patient as well, very willing to be flexible and work with our specific requests. Their customer service cannot be beat.

Excellent customer service! Dr. Collins is a good listener and well-versed in his field. He takes time to understand every customers situation, but also providing them with accurate clear medical advice. Other optometrists have me shuffled around like a number and taken advantage of me by sharing limited information while held something back, but Dr. Collins is very transparent. I would highly recommend him to any of my family members.

This place is the BEST. Every single person there is so helpful, thorough, kind, and just simply amazing. Dr. Collins is the best eye doctor I've been to in over a decade. He listens, he is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. My hunt for a great vision place is over. They are the best!!! I highly recommend this place for ALL your eye care needs. As a first time patient, I was severely disappointed in my experience. My appointment went well and I purchased contacts. I was scheduled to leave the country for several weeks and wanted to make sure I had backups. I was told they would be available in 5 business day and I would be contacted. A week after I returned I called the office because there had been no message. I was then told they would be available in a week and if I needed a trial pair, I could pick them up. I didn't take this offer because I don't have the availability to get to their office during business hours and didn't want to make a double trip. It was almost 6 weeks from the day they were ordered until they arrived. When I asked if this was typical for them or why it had taken so long, no one knew. I would've never ordered them through the office if I had known it would take that long. The lack of communication (me having to initiate) and inconvenience of this experience makes me consider not returning as a patient.

Dr Collins and staff are wonderful! My 18 year old son has keratoconus and had to get the special contact lenses which are very hard to put in. We really appreciate the time spent teaching us how to put them in and care for them. Everyone at this office is super friendly and helpful!

I saw Dr. Collins toward the end of last month for an exam for glasses and contact lenses. I have some extra medical issues with one of my eyes, so he made sure to be extra thorough and talked me through everything, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Judy and the rest of his staff is wonderful as well. I think it was the best exam I've had, and I've been seeing eye doctors for a long time. I waited this long to write a review because I had to go in for a contact lens follow up and then order them, and I didn't want to review until the whole process was done. I'm waiting for my new contacts to arrive to my house, but when I woke up today it suddenly occurred to me that I might have overpaid for the contacts when I ordered them, as I was told something different at the original appointment, where I thought I'd paid for everything already. I called the office, and yes, I paid more than I should have, and I was refunded for the amount overcharged. I'm not upset about it at all, because mistakes happen (I've certainly made a lot of them), and it was corrected as soon as it was caught. It says a lot about a business that takes ownership of its mistakes. Long story short, I think I've finally found my long-term eye doctor.
