My wife booked an appointment for me. I just got out of the Army and has been difficult finding providers that accept tricare. The staff was very welcoming to us both and Dr. Marek was very knowledgeable. Thankful for the service they provided and would highly recommend

Very clean office, front desk lady is very kind and professional, very easy to make an appointment, it was on my insurance network, They give you enough time too answer any questions, Dr. is very through and very patient, professional and knowledgeable, no rush to get you out of the door like all the other places. Very nice place I recommend. Five stars :)

If I could do zero stars I would. Getting in to see the doctor- easy peasy. Ordering my glasses and paying for them - again, easy peasy. Actually getting my glasses - nightmare. Took several different days off of work and EVERY time the office was closed. Without notice. Can't even get them to just keep the glasses and refund my money. I will NEVER use Madison Eye Care again, despite the warm welcome. I imagine this is how a fly feels when the spider welcomes them to their web!

The whole staff was amazing. My vision insurance is not the greatest and yet I got a thorough exam from Dr. Sterna and new glasses fora very reasonable price. Dr. Sterna was so kind,caring and patient. He found that I'd had a stroke in my right eye and got me an appointment to a retina specialist 2 days from now. I can not say enough good things about the care I received. I'm so grateful I found this place. I wish I could give them more stars!
