I met Angela at the Bj's Optical department. I was curious about how BJ's pricing compared to stand alone Eye Glass stores. I also have vision insurance so I really didn't expect my curiousity to bear any fruit. The long story made short is I got a pair of new glasses and 2 boxes of contacts for less than what I was accustomed to paying using my insurance. The customer service was also excellent. My order was placed on Monday and I picked it up Friday. Angela really saved me time and money and she made sure I picked out the right style for my face.

Glasses were made wrong. I was told the prescription was right even after bringing them back and checking. Said I still couldn't see clearly but took their word and thought it was my eyes. Finally came time for my appointment check up with my Optomologist at the cleveland clinic and found out the glasses were definitely made wrong. Now Im out over $200 for gasses I can't see clearly out of.
