Walmart Vision & Glasses

They have been very helpful to me. It's hard to find store hours to The vision center on the website also they are very very understaffed it's only one person working at a time.

Absolute garbage. Lady had a bad attitude, and said they are booked a month out with NO CUSTOMERS IN SIGHT. Sam Walton would never allow such trash in his stores.

I have ongoing problems with light sensitivity. When it first became an issue an eye doctor put a pink film on my glasses which helps diminish sensitivity to fluorescent lights. This did help for a long time, but the light sensitivity got worse and worse to the point where every day was basically torture to me. Headaches every single day, couldn't drive at night because flashing head lights were just too offensive to me... Anyway, I came here wanting to try transition lenses. The doctor agreed that would be what she would recommend for migraine related light sensitivity. They put the transition on my glasses and some other film for reducing glare. Let me tell you, this has literally changed my life. I know that sounds dramatic, but it's true. I went from headache medication every day, sometimes multiple doses, to I think maybe I've had one headache since I got these. We're talking, from day one, even though I changed in the middle of the day and normally would get a headache just from changing glasses. Also, the new glasses didn't fit quite right and they did an excellent job getting them perfectly adjusted for me too. I just wanted to leave this review because I'm enjoying another morning headache free and I'm really happy about it. Thanks guys!

Not a bad place... wish I could give 5 stars, Unfortunately there is s highly unprofessional assistant here. Rude to other staff/customers... extremely off putting. Several times I witnessed her retreating to a back room to gossip loudly..... please have a chat with this person as to how this creates an unwelcome enviornment

Went in to have glasses repaired..the earpiece. She handed them back and said did you fall and scratch these? After she supposedly fixed them...I now have a horrible scratch and was told no manager for 4 days....really!?

I am always happy with the service I receive at the WCH optical store! Friendly employees who go out of their way to provide great customer service and get me in new glasses! Thank you!

Always have great service when there, however on the phone I've been treated very rude. I wanted to know my prescription and the lady said, I don't have time for this call back later.

My family and I have been going to this office for 10 years. We love all the staff and Doctor. They are very nice and helpful.
