The current eye dr is amazing! Not only did he go out of his way to make take and fit us in to his already crowded scedule after accidentally missing our appointment, but he and his assistants are very GOOD with kids but theyre thorough, very patient, very kind! My son needed extra care and no sooner than we had walked out we got a call with an appointment date and time for a specialist! ON POINT!!!!

Dr Lysandrow is an amazing dr! Not only did he go out of his way to fit my.daughter into his busy scedule even after we accidentally missed our appointment but hes great with kids, very professional, and very thorough! My son needed a little extra care so he sent my son to a specialist and he did so quickly we no sooner than walked out of the eye center and they called me with an appointment date and time! Hes very pleasnt to work with id recommend to everyone!!!

Let's just start with they don't accept Medicaid and Medicare of the elderly. They make you pay 70 bucks before exam and then tell you you cannot get glasses because you need cataract removal then say you have to pay an additional 70 bucks for another exam when cataract is removed. Well when eye exam cannot be completed on an elderly woman shouldn't said person get money back for not completely doing the exam and not only just one eye she can see out of the other is blind, so why charge full amount for one eye. Also wait time exceeds appointment time others coming in were taken care of before her. Also another elderly couple were refused on their insurance while in there waiting the long wait. So now 70 bucks gone for nothing should have only charged for one eye instead of two and half that should've been refunded due to not completely doing what she came in for which was be able to get new glasses. Pay for less more like let's charge double or more to those living on a budget.

This vision center SUCKS! Any time we've gone in with issues regarding our glasses we are told "there is no one here to take them in...I'm not licensed". The elusive "licensed someone" is supposed to be in on Tuesdays, however, she never seems to be. Hoping we can take our glasses to any Walmart vision center since we can't seem to rely on the one closest to us.
