I hope I remember their names but just want to give a quick shout out to Brian and Heather. I thought they did an excellent job. They were very customer friendly they understood it wasn't the greatest of situations. They showed great empathy, knowing how upset I was after being giving wrong information from a previous store location. Brian and Heather did an amazing job if I do come back all the way up to Westerville it will be because of those two awesome job. Thank you.

He takes the time to review results thoroughly and listens to any concerns I may have relative to my eye health. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Heather, one of the Paraoptometric professionals, is wonderful! She is so friendly and makes the initial testing process very smooth. She describes each test, helping to ensure you understand how it benefits your overall eye health (and she is very patient with me when I blink too much...LOL!). Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Jordan and his team to anyone seeking eye care in the greater Westerville, Ohio area.

Very disappointing experience. I had a scheduled appointment, arrived on time, and was told they would be right with me. Instead, three walk-ins were taken ahead of me while I waited. After about 20 minutes, I politely asked about the delay and was then asked if I wanted to "reschedule," despite having an appointment.
I ultimately left and asked that my son's appointment also be canceled. Unfortunately, I still received text reminders for appointments that should have already been removed from the system. The lack of respect for scheduled appointments and follow-through was frustrating and unprofessional.
