The doctor is great the two female staff there is rude and I refuse to go back. They have one guy who is great there but was off today. The females need to be more humane especially to autistic and non white patients PERIOD!!!

These people are very unprofessional first of all they ask what insurance you have and then don't tell you if it's out of network before you get to the appointment. They miraculously have that information when they ask you to pay. Second they don't verify when people pick up so they give away the wrong items to the wrong people as if people don't have the same name like come on, don't these people have degrees. I got more sense than that. Then you have to suffer because of their mistake and they wanna be rude about it. I will say this!! This will be my first and last time setting foot on these premises. And I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Excellent customer service, I went in for a contact fitting, there was a little bit of a wait because they were short staffed and let me tell you they made up for it!!! The Doc came over and turned on chipmunks for my two young girls and offered them candies to keep them happy and it worked!!!,The assistant was very friendly and helpful, once it was our turn, they were very Quick and thorough,very polite the entire time, even with my kids happily running around the office,The Doc gave me extra pairs of trial contacts to make sure my script was right and then offered trial pairs of colored contacts with the cases as a bonus, I had a great experience and I highly recommend anybody to go there for eye exams.

I've been here a few times, at different times of day. The staff are unprofessional! Opened late one AM and made myself and husband wait while she went to the back to clock in and so on. They never ask to help you. I had my complete eye exam before ever filling out any paperwork. The Dr has no idea what goes on in the office, he just does the exams. The techs and Dr have poor communication which robs the customers of professional, knowledgeable service. Stock glasses selection is always low. My husband picked up his glasses and received a cloth and bottle of cleaner. I picked up my glasses and received just my glasses in the case. To help others out, I have posted their hours which I had the hardest time finding out!

Rude, unprofessional, Have no clue how to help you order what you need based off the prescription. After 3 tries I pick my glasses up only for the lens to fall out in less then 24 hour's

The doctor that does the exams is very pleasant, everything was great, until I went to pick up my glasses, the 2 techs were busy so I just stood at the front desk. Finally a young man came up I told him I was there to pick up my glasses, he got my glasses and told me I owed $10 which I felt I should've paid when I paid for tint etc never the less he gave me my glasses never once asked how they felt on my face but I'm telling him they don't feel right he walked away and I waited til I seen another technician free and got help from Cawl.
