I brought my daughter here because she was getting headaches and they told me she needed glasses so I bought the glasses well I decided to get a second opinion (2 actually) and both said her vision was 20/20 and the glass would have done damage. Get second opinions! Her vision is great turned out it was completely unrelated

I've been going her for 4 years and usually have a great time. I called today about a question with my prescription. I was placed on a hold then the call was disconnected. I called back in which the lady was rude and unhelpful with assisting. I told her this is something I receive help with regularly she finally asked for my information to look me up and said I can google this. She doesn't need to work with the public at all. A horrible customer service experience

I was reminded that it has been a few years since I've seen the eye doctor, so I made my appointment. I work nights, so day appointments are usually a pain in the butt to work with, so I was very pleased when they had a 7:45am time. This worked perfect for me. I got there, did my paperwork, and was seen by the Dr. in a very short time. Dr. Scott addressed my concerns and reviewed my exam in a straight forward, easy to understand manor. All staff were very friendly and professional. I was completely done in less than 45 minutes. I like technology, so the eye doctor is a fun place for me with all the instruments they use. My prescription hadn't really changed, so I could get new glasses if I wanted, but no pressure if I didn't. I'll be back when needed.

Customer Service is wonderful. Very helpful staff. They had me in and out in no time. I did however have one concern. I ordered contacts through them. I should have asked how much that would have been but I didn't. Went to pick them up and it was $290.00 for 6 month supply. I went on line when I got home and 95% of contact web sites were selling them for $170-$200. $200 being the most expensive. I looked at 7 different sites. Just wondering why the extra $90. If you don't mind spending more money, that's fine. I just think I'll order my contacts on line next time. Other then that I really enjoyed my experience there.

I don't think they're doing a good job. Who knows what's going on but the blonde that seems to run the place is screwing it up. They need to have a comment box that leads directly to the owner or a poster with his phone number on it

I have come to FYEO for many years. Up until the last year or so I have been highly satisfied. Recently I have been extremely disappointed. Twice now when I have come to pick up my contact prescription there has been a major issue. Once, they ordered the wrong prescription and tried to play it off like it was my fault. The second time, today, they didn't have my contacts in at all, even though I had gotten an email saying they were ready for pickup. I was told the email was automatic and not to be considered actually true. I was also told that I asked to have three prescriptions prepared and ordered in succession (I did not). I was told that they *might* have trials for me to use for 5 days while they order the correct prescription (which would take several weeks to ship), and they everything was a miscommunication. On top of that Dr. Jungles was not kind, caring and compassionate at my appointment the way I am used to with Dr. Scott. He cut me off regularly, struggled to listen when I repeatedly told him I am sensitive to different contact material and I'm now wondering if he was part of the confusion with the contact ordering (since I clearly never said I wanted three different prescriptions ordered with 3-month supplies each). I'm literally in the parking lot now collecting myself before going back in to try to advocate for myself to get my contact prescription. This has been awful.

I have gone here for over 10 years. Just had my yearly checkup. Dr. Scott and staff is thorough, helpful, accurate and friendly. The tests before the visit are quick and painless. And love how advanced in technology they are. Dr. Scott is patient and knowledgeable. Wants to know what my needs are for eye wear and care. And the staff to help with finding the right eyewear ( I prefer eye glasses) is amazing! John has helped me for years and truly trust his option and help! I have always been happy with his help and never feel pressured in picking out a pair. Loving my new glasses again! And they are fitted perfectly!

I recommend For Your Eyes Only to anyone looking for wonderful optometrists and a staff with amazing customer service !! Every experience I have ever had with their staff has been phenomenal. I called today in a panic at 8am when I discovered my Great Dane puppy had decided my prescription glasses were going to be her new chew toy, and I am less than a week from an international trip to China. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and get me brand new glasses the same day !!!! I am so happy !! I highly recommend them to anyone !! Thank you guys and gals !!i so appreciate you all!
