I had to cancel my appointment today because while seemingly looking "wheelchair accessible". I guess that only applies to "some wheelchairs" there's a big incline to get in. And the ramp isn't flush with the floor so u have to pop a wheelie. And if u manage to get thru all that, if ur not 18" wide and have a custom chair like I do, u get stuck in the second doorway. Couldn't even make it in. Staff was understanding and I've heard the dr is nice but I'll never know. The only reason I gave two stars. This is not ok and I'll have to go elsewhere I suppose.

I went here after reading the reviews. The receptionist was very nice and also called me to remind me of my appointment as well as the email to remind me. The eye doctor and technicians were fantastic, they truly care about you and are very nice. I could tell that they love what they do and have a passion for it, they are very knowledgeable too and educated. I had such a wonderful experience and I have recommended all of my friends and family members to come here.
