Stopped in to this business today because nose pads on my glasses were out of adjustment and irritating my nose.. Staff super polite and friendly, Dr. Smith adjusted nose pads back to comfort zone. They will have my business going forward Update : Had an appointment here and got a new prescription about 9 days ago.. Went in today to get my new glasses, and I can honestly say.. best glasses I have " EVER" had. And they didn't just toss them to me and say see ya later... Dr. Smith took the time to make SURE that they fit comfortably, and were up to standards . I sincerely appreciate old school businesses that actually care about their customers. Highly recommend this business !! Update.. 8/20/25 Picked up new glasses. Outstanding customer service as always.

Had a floater show up in my left eye. Not to unordinary. Later last night I started seeing flashes of light in the eye. Was waiting this morning at 7:15 at their office and they got me in. I was afraid my retina was becoming unattached. I got lucky and the large floater was causing the light flashes. Retina was fine. A big thank you for working me in!

I have always had a pleasant experience. I'm going to give them a 5 star rating mainly because the other two people that left reviews sound ate up. 150 is a normal price for an eye exam. I'm sure that lady and her kids behavior in the clinic was poor. People should not leave reviews when they are stupid, mad, or drunk.

They are very nice, but super expensive (at least double in price) compared to eye places I've experienced in different cities. That could be due to the rural location etc. I'm also used to getting the glasses the same day or the next day at the very latest, I ordered my glasses 2 weeks ago today and they still haven't arrived to the office which, considering how much I paid, would hope they could have been expidited. As long as you know ahead of time It isn't so bad, again this could just be the difference between living in the country compared to the city.

Went for an exam for me and my kids in May and when they found out I didn't want to order contacts from them they decided to be rude and hateful refusing to give me my medical prescriptions that by law I'm entitled to! After going home and pulling up the law and calling them back they finally released my contact prescription for a contact that had been discontinued! So after my contact place calling them looking for a replacement I finally ordered my contacts only to not be able to see out of them one bit! I went in today to get my glasses prescription and told the lady in the back was working it I set down. Another lady comes storming out of the back and loudly said this was the last time bc I had a attitude that sucked . I will never step foot in this place again after all the trouble these people have put me through and fight they have given me to even get a medical record that belongs to me! On top of that they didn't even ask for dob or my id when requesting the record which in my book is a big fat hippa violation being as I haven't been in there office since May 12!

Customer service is phenomenal!! Frame selection is amazing, and these ladies know how to work with your insurance! I absolutely recommend them!

Yes, the prices are high, but the staff was amazing. They have a new ophthalmologist that is AMAZING with kids. We were treated very well and w well and will continue being patients there!

What a disorganized, money hungry office! $150.00 for an eye exam for normal vision...ouch. be better if the told be before they charged my card!
