Blake Bush Family Eye Care

I can't say I have ever really had any peculiar thoughts regarding an OD, having worn glasses a large chunk of my life. That being said I was actually impressed. First, Dr Blake talked to me like I was an actual person, not just a pair of eyeballs. Second, until today, I don't think I have ever received education from an OD. Attached that to the first if you want. Third, my child has been seeing Dr Bush for a while. Anybody who have been blessed with raising a young child who wears glasses knows well that they are going to break at some point, and in three years of living in Ardmore, Oklahoma, I have had to go back and get his glasses fixed or reordered at least once a year, and I have never had bad experience in doing this. Awesome experience at Dr. Blake Bush's Eyecare! Dr. Bush has some interesting life experiences and is very relatable and empathetic. While waiting outside in the hot sun for transportation, the staff brought me a bottle of cold water. They didn't have to do that. And it shows the kind of office the Dr runs...

Haven't had an eye exam in years. They got me in and out with the correct lenses in under an hour. Extremely friendly staff and Dr. Bush is very friendly and helps find the best solution for said problem.

I had an amazing experience as always. There is one test that is taken that you have to pay for. You should always have a choice. The second girl with the brown hair that helped was very cold and unpleasant. Her behavior really made me not to want to go there again. Everyone else was A+...! One girl fixed my glasses! Thank you I usually always have a great experience!

Highly recommend! They were friendly on the phone and easy to schedule a new patient appointment with! We filled out paperwork online and didn't have a wait in the office. They were super sweet with my daughter and even made her glasses same day!

This is the most unprofessional establishment I have experienced in a long while. The woman that was helping me was abrupt, uninterested in providing any level of customer service and seemed irritated that I was there. While "helping" me, she left mid-sentence to run to the next room, along with the other employee that was helping another customer. All the employees were in this glass room, staring and obviously talking about the potential customer that had just walked in. It was uncomfortable for us all and felt like something that would happen in High School. This is not the first time I've experienced unprofessionalism from your employees but openly acting like teenage mean girls instead of helping the customers is more than I can endure. Surely, you and they are aware you are not the only eye care establishment in Ardmore.

Blake Bush Family Eye Care is a great place to go for all your eye care needs. Everyone there is so nice and friendly they greet you with a friendly hello and you don't have a very long wait at all.

The staff are so crisp and professional, helpful and efficient. I had my eye exam done and framed picked in under an hour. The Dr. Is very knowledgeable about lenses and customizing an eye wear system to each patient. Five stars, guys, y'all earned that . Definitely recommending.
