Super concerned. Call to make an appointment and whoever answer could not understand that I needed an appointment for contacts. All the red flags. I will not be returning to this office. It shouldn't be so hard to see a eye doctor.

two stars because the attitude there has honestly changed. and i spent quite a bit for someone that has sooner care and got told that i only had to pay for the exam but turns out i gotta pay for glasses too. i prefer my money back and on top of that my glasses still haven't arrived after being told they'll be there in a week, and blamed it on the weather when i had a package delivered to me while the weather was happening so. i don't know what else to say but i'm not coming back here.
