I have been going to Mark Privot for all my eye care needs for many many years. I highly recommend him because He listens to my needs and truly cares about my vision. He always answers my questions so I can understand what my eyes are doing. I feel my vision is in the hands of someone I can trust! His staff is very professional while at the same time courteous, friendly and helpful.

He has been taking Care of my eyes since i came to Oklahoma ! He is an excellent Doctor that is not after of selling Good and quality glasses but he checks thoroughly your eyes , recommends and suggests stuff;Has friendly and welcoming staffs that always accomodate and work with your schedule .

My glasses broke so I went by to see if I could get help here. I asked the receptionist if I could get an appointment and if they took SoonerCare-she stated if I was under 18 (even though I'm diabetic and every other optometrist makes an exception because I am tested annually for blood vessels leaking in my eyes). I asked if I could buy a sample pair of contact lenses as the receptionist looked at the broken glasses that I was wearing on my face that had one arm and were on the verge of falling off my face; she asked if I had a prescription. I told her no. She told me that they would need a prescription to see what prescription contact lenses they would need to give me. This made complete sense, since I 1) could not communicate the same prescription I have had for years 2)we were not in an establishment that where they can test the strength of a prescription in your glasses 3) who would want to help a person obviously in need by giving them a prescription for a pair of trial contact lenses that are free to every single other person that receives them & finally 4) would trust another human being to give them their current prescription for what they need to see so that they can function in their daily life and thereby treating them like a human being... (and all 4 of these examples are an example of extreme sarcasm). Would not recommend.

Very good customer service, I was able to book an appointment for my husband and me together. The staff was very friendly and helped us pick out our glasses.

Dr. Very concerned regarding my health. Took deliberate care and careful examination. Just love this dr.
