He is the best at what he does. We drive over a hour to see him. You won't find a better eye Dr. anywhere else... Now that his dad closed his eye practice. Dr. Rice and his dad are the best eye doctors around and trust me we have even been seen a lot of eye doctors. They even beat the doctora at Deen McGee eye institute.
