I am so impressed with this office. Dr. Ford and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. You can tell he is very passionate about his field of study and making sure he provides extremely thorough care. I've never felt rushed, even when im the last appointment of the day. I will always be grateful to him and his team for accommodating my family when we bring our kids along. I hope to continue visiting his office for many years!

Doctor Ford explained everything to me without talking to me like I was a toddler, which I really appreciated. The staff were very helpful and efficient. I was seen at my appointment time and the appointment wasn't mostly waiting in an empty room like every other place I'd ever been to. They even helped me find a very dangerous development in my eyes before it was able to cause permanent damage. I would recommend Eyecare of Catoosa Hills to anyone.

Excellent, excellent service. I could not not have been more pleased with their experience and attention. I was a walk-in in need of my prescription to be filled and they helped me in a considerable amount of time. The lady helping me with getting my glasses and choosing my frame, measuring my eyes etc.... She was remarkably professional. She helped me choose the proper glass. I did not get her name so I could give a shout out to her but I am sure the staff in this place is equally professional.
