All of the staff was super friendly. Doctor McCray was great with my daughter and super with instructions during her exam. He was very friendly and light hearted. The staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing glasses and about insurance choices and informed us, without us asking, what insurance would pay for and what options for copays we had. This made our choosing glasses a very easy process. I highly recommend them.

Dr. McRay is excellent at what he does! He convinced me to have my eyes dilated for the first time in 25 years, no small feat for someone who had eye surgery at 6 and loathed having their eyes dilated at exams for years thereafter. I respect his expertise and the way he communicates what he sees in his exams. He better not retire anytime soon - I've found my new eye doctor!

The staff were very helpful and courteous and the facility was well-kept and comfortable. Myself, and my family have been going to McRay-Denton for a number of years now. The optometrist asks the right questions to help nail my prescription and made excellent recommendations for the right brand of contacts that suited my needs without being biased. Their selection of frames were the best around this part of the state and I will always return to McRay-Denton for mine, and my family's eye exams.
