I had a great first time experience for my daughter and I! I had to cancel a couple of times and they were very flexible! From the front all the way to the back, was very professional! They worked so well with my 7 year old daughter. Explained things to her. They were personable with her, and she loved them! They made the entire experience wonderful! Dr. Lewis explained everything to me. Answered all my questions, and broke things down so I would understand. (First time eye glass wearer) When picking out glasses, 2 girls came back to help. They both worked hard to help find a pair that I liked and could wear every day! Sara at the front desk is amazing! Extremely helpful and answered so many questions. I highly recommend this place for your eye needs!

The office staff is very caring and efficient! The staff in the back is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to reschedule appointment several times and they were very accommodating. Dr. Lewis too the extra time necessary to diagnose a difficult situation. My children needed glasses and the staff took A LOT of time to help them. No reservations what so ever! Excellent office and practice!

I posted one review already, but it seems to have disappeared. My visit to Dr. Lewis was ok. The exam went well, and I opted to go to Sam's Optical so I could get my new glasses the same day. I had to ask for my prescription, which is a violation of federal laws. The numbers, or should I say, the plus and negative symbols following the numbers were reversed on the prescription which resulted in a totally useless pair of new glasses. Sam's recognized where the problem was and a called Dr. Lewis' office to verify the mistake on the prescription. Sam's made a second pair at no charge, and they are working fine. I paid up front at the office, and don't remember giving my insurance card to them, only my Medicare card. Today I got paperwork from my private insurance showing where Dr. Lewis' office filed a claim for which they had already been paid in full at time of visit. Dr. Lewis seems to know his job, and does it well. I can't say the same for whoever is responsible for messed up prescriptions and fraudulent insurance claims. I'll check back in a few weeks to see if this post gets deleted.

Stopped in to check eye exam price and front desk person hates her job and on Top of that, there double the price of everyone else out there for eye exam. Bad experience and not sure why there so high but save yourself a trip to get zero help and over priced services
