I called in prior to booking my appointment for an exam to see if they offered same day glasses. I specially asked about transition lenses or anti glare and I was told as long as it was not a complication prescription I would be fine. I came in for my exam picked out a pair of glasses. The tech I had prior to the doctor was excellent along with the Doctor. The disconnect comes when I go to say I want to do anti glare or transition like I discussed on the phone and they lady looks at me and says we do not offer it has to be sent out to be completed . It is disappointing to be giving incorrect information as I could have went to another place and got it done same day.
