I do not recommend this office. My husband and I will be seeking care from a different practice for our yearly exams. I would highly recommend that all patients check their bills VERY carefully as the person in charge of billing has no idea what she is doing and is totally unwilling to even listen when the insurance company tries to explain it to her directly. We were overcharged and even after having the insurance company call her with us on the line to try and explain it to her and told her to review the explanation of benefits she would not listen. She is ridiculously rude and obviously not someone who should be doing billing of any kind. We will not be back!

Dr. Muliniks is one of the worst doctors i have seen. She is extremely defensive if you feel like your prescription is not correct and does not like to help. The worst eye doctor experience I've ever had! Do not recommend. Most of the staff is also unkind and not helpful. Go anywhere else.

I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I went in for an eye exam for new glasses (prescription, prism and bifocal) after getting frustrated at me because she was moving too fast she quit. Then told me i need cataract surgery. .thank God I havent gone in for it because these new glasses are blurrier than my old pair...can see better without these glasses and no bifocal at all!

I went to Dr. Brian for around 15 years. He was a great doctor. With him retired, I will not be coming back as a patient here. When I went in for my yearly appointment I was told that he had retired and I would be seeing their new doctor, Hayden Black, while I was signing in. After a quick in-and-out appointment, I was told it would take 2 weeks for my glasses to come in. After not hearing anything for 1 month, I called to inquire about my glasses. I was told that the order had been listed under the wrong doctor and while the frames had been ordered, the lenses had not. It took over a month and a half to finally receive my glasses. This is when I decided that it was time to find a new doctor. Today, 7 months after my last appointment, I received a letter in the mail addressed to another patient, with a 3rd patient's bill inside! They clearly cannot keep private patient information straight and have mixed up the info of the 3 of us. You can find better eye care elsewhere, and hopefully they can refrain from sending you other patient's bills.

Went in for an eye exam she seemed to be in a be hurry. After spending almost $400 on glasses I couldn't see. I went back a few days later said there is nothing they could do but give them another $170 and they will try it again. Spent $500 on the eye exam and glasses and still can't see. I wont be back.

June 25, 2020 appointment was for selecting frames and filling Rx for lenses. All was well for that. Later I noticed my lenses were moving when I cleaned them. Was told they are not cut correctly after attempts to tightened. Sept 18th they glued them after many attempts. Said would get new disc to cut correctly. Has not been corrected as if yet 11-02-2020. Keep saying have not received from lab. I do all the calls & checking. Asked to have office manager to call, no call. Just now wrote a letter to them. Will see if I get a respond. I do not recommend.

I probably wouldn't post a review if I had felt I was given adequate care. Initially went for an exam for glasses. Told me cateract removal was required. Scheduled . Couldn't do removal as intended. Did it with scalpel and stitches. Then they could not remove the stitches. Sliced the cornea sent me on my way. Dr Burke said no problem, the piece would heal over,. Like a pearl... Sure. Now vision in my right eye is completely clouded.Do not put your health at risk with these people......

Scheduled appointment and told receptionist what insurance I had at the time that I scheduled the appointment. I waited over a month for an appointment. I arrived today and was told that only two of the eye doctors take my insurance and neither one was in the office today. Their front office people need to trained a little bit better for better service
