Loved going there bought glasses that came with magnetic clip on shades lost the clip ons and called to order another pair. They said the model I have is no longer being made so they called their dealer rep and the rep sent a pair of shades along with a pair of frames. The worker advised the rep sent them as warranty replacement since they don't make the set anymore. The employee no longer works there and they came in now they want to charge me 400 dollars needless to say they just lost my business and they can keep the clip ons and frames

Eye exams were good. Glasses were very expensive compared to other area optometrists with same brand and style. Had a second "free" visit to try and get glasses to provide better quality results, was then billed $105.00 for free visit. Overall cost was double what other Miami office charged. Will not be back....

My daughter saw Dr. Gray this morning for her annual visit! He was soo kind and had such a beautiful personality! Soo good with kiddos! This is the worst place to go to get your glasses. The Doctor was great, however the technicians that take care of getting you fitted for your glasses have no experience. They had me come back several times and the glasses where never right. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I wish i didn't even have to give them 1 star. They are not worth it at all.
