I saw Dr. Taylor for an exam, she and the staff were very thorough and friendly. Great in office experience!
The emails and texts prior to the appointment were a bit excessive but clearly they have issues with people missing appointments, like every health care provider these days, unfortunately.

Yesterday was my first visit for an exam. When I first walked I was greeted by an amazing young lady ashi, she made me so comfortable, her smile, her customer service skills I give , she so friendly. It should that loves her job. I feel that same about the young lady do my exam and discussed her findings with the exam.

I went to see Dr. Nyugen for what I thought was a regular eye appointment and she saw something alarming and took immediate action. I'm really disappointed with my experience at Dang Eye Care. I called ahead to let them know I was running a little late, and instead of being understanding, they made me reschedule my entire appointment. Things happen -- especially when you communicate in advance -- but it felt like they had no flexibility or concern for their patients' time. As I already left early as I could from work. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected. (Jones eye care was much better)

It's been a couple years since I've had an eye exam. I had Lasik about eight years ago ,and I'm over the road truck driver started having blurry vision. so I decided to give dang eyecare a shot. They are some of the friendliest people I've met in a long while. Getting your eyes checked, can be nerve-racking and they made the process smooth and calming. Also for someone who has not been to the eye doctor in years, I was impressed with how the technology has improved
