Dr. Fuller and her staff are a Grade A+ crew. They are very knowledgeable and care about the patients. Very happy with all of them. From the very first phone call to the last post op appointment they were very caring. And yes the price of it all. Very affordable. No matter your financial situation they are willing to work with you. I want to say thank you and job well done Dr Fuller!! From a very satisfied patient.

As usual for this clinic, everything was perfect. Facilities, wait area, reception all nice and clean. Service was immediate and efficient. The entire staff treat one as if a member of their own family. Dr Jones is all one could ask of a medical provider. Always attentive to your needs and questions and will take the time necessary to fully explain everything. He goes the extra mile to help solve your problems.

First visit to Dr Jones' office in Moore, we have seen him in the Midwest City office also. Dr Jones and staff are really great. Very upbeat practice, but very precise in their care, asking the right questions and listening to what is said. Not afraid to send you onto a more specialized doctor if needed, which we totally appreciated. Great visit!

When you go into an optometrist office with your glasses you expect to come out with your glasses but not at Eye Care Oklahoma! I took my mother in for an ophthalmology appt. When she walked into Eye Care Of Oklahoma she had her glasses on. I waited in the car for her to see the doctor. Towards the end I went inside to check on her and she was still in a room. So they let me back with her. When finished, we walked out of the room to the front desk she was given their disposable sunglasses since she got her eyes dilated. I thought nothing about her not having her regular glasses on because I figured they were in her purse. After checking out, we drove home which was a short distance. When we got inside the house mom was going to put her regular glasses back on so she started looking for her regular glasses that she had while at the clinic. They were no where to be found. I checked under seats in car, her purse, and everywhere we could think. Then I called Eye Care of Oklahoma and told them she left her glasses. They put me hold and proceeded to come back on the phone and say that there were no glasses there and none turned into lost and found. We had literally just left there 10-15 min prior. So I asked them to keep looking because there was no other place they could be. She had them when she went in and she came out without them! I called back the next day and they gave the same story!! They literally lost my moms glasses!! I think they either got thrown away or the next customer picked them up thinking they were theirs. To-date, they deny having the glasses and the glasses have never been recovered. When I asked if they carried insurance for losing patients glasses, they said they were not responsible for patient's glasses!!! Are you kidding me?? They literally take the glasses in their possession to check the lenses at appointments! Terrible customer service. Giving a 1 Star is really pushing it.

Always a good visit. The staff are always very courteous and friendly. Dr Jones is so friendly and down to earth. He is the only doctor I have seen that means it when he tells you to call if you are having problems no matter what day or time. That in itself says a lot .

Lovely people, professional and efficient. I'm always treated with care. Actually enjoyed my visit. Dr Burkhart and her team are wonderful. Nikki settled me into the exam room and was especially caring and a breath of fresh air .

Dr. Beth was wonderful as always! She was timely, professional and builds the best rapport with her patients. I had not had my eyes dilated in several years and she went above and beyond to walk me to the lobby to ensure I was feeling well. Unbeknownst to her, my husband, a fellow patient was in the lobby and she spent a few minutes discussing my appointment and continuing to build excellent rapport with the rest of her patients. Her kindness does not waver and she is quick to give compliments that will bring you joy! Dr. Beth Burkhart is brilliant and the best in eye care. If you're looking for a doctor that listens and is naturally kind, I recommend you schedule with Dr. Beth!
