I'm a new patient here. The staff, from the receptionist to the salesperson at the end were friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The exam was thorough and did not feel rushed. I absolutely love Complete Eye Care of Tri City! I have been a long standing customer and my service has been outstanding every time! Trust me, I have worn glasses and contacts for most of my life and quality eye care is important to me. Dr. Caro and her staff are the best! Dr Caro knows is so knowledgeable and the girls in the office make sure you get an excellent "fit". I wear progressive lenses and my script has to be applied to my frames in the right "sweet spot". It is great every time. Furthermore, if you have concerns or issues, they will promptly and efficiently take care of you. Just can't say enough about this office. You will not be disappointed! Finally, they simply "care" about you and the service they provide. Continued customer!!!!
