Complete Vision Care Brian Zwanziger

I love going to this eye doctor. My only issue is, when someone walks in the door the receptionist does not greet the client and does not smile to make you feel welcome, I give her2 stars but the other people who work there are very friendly, I give them 5 stars. Dr Zwanziger is awesome. He talks you thru every step, he's friendly good at his job. I will give him 5 stars

If they text you and tell you it's time for your eye exam you better call your insurance yourself and make sure they aren't lying because they will make you pay for it out of pocket instead of fixing their mistake.

I have not got my eyes checked in 22 years,, and made an appointment with complete vision Care and today picked up my new pair of glasses they are beautiful and I can see everything I'm so excited,,, Dr Brian and all the staff were so helpful and calm and answered all my questions cuz I was anxious at first but they are so organized and know what they are doing,, all I had to do was show up,,, totally recommend this place and I would go back

Brian you are great at what you do but your staff kills it man. My family has been coming here for so many years and yall always had a welcome home/family feeling, till recently. Your new staff gets us in and pushes us out the door. I picked up my glasses today and had an issue with the left lens. Instead of them checking the prescription I was told to wait 2 or 3 weeks then come back in. I was trying to talk to her and I got a "yup" then she completely stopped the conversation, the place was empty 2... Your staff use to call us by name but now its all walking around with headphones push in the door and push out of the door as quickly as they can.

Last month the day of the appointment they canceled our appointment saying they didn't know what insurance we had or if it was excepted and I have sooner care my fiance has Aetna so they rescheduled it for today and we get there and it was yet again canceled.

Has been my eye doctor for 6 years and I don't ever plan on changing. Gets my prescription perfect, has polycarbonate lenses, and has good frames within my insurance's budget in my style

Excellent one on one treatment. Dr. Z is very thorough and personable. Technicians took me immediately back and my exam started minutes after my arrival. He took time to answer all my questions and address my concerns.

We have came here for years and Dr. Zwanziger is the best! He is amazing with kids. So knowledgeable. I live out of state now and still brought my kids to see him still!
