Have always had a relaxing comfortable experience at eyedeal.vision. Dr. Livermont and her staff are great. Have been coming here since the office opened. Much closer than the sister office in Claremore and like that they are affiliated with Triad eye medical. Very convenient that Dr Livermont was able to provide post op care after my cataract surgery. Highly recommend

I came to Eyedeal Vision in Pryor specifically for a contact lens exam and new contacts. During my visit, I was told by staff that I could also get a pair of glasses for "only the cost of the frames" because my insurance would cover the rest. Based on their explicit claim that the glasses would be practically free, I agreed to get them, despite not originally asking for them. Now, after the fact, they are demanding an additional $200 that was never disclosed to me upfront. They knew I was redeploying to Camp Lemonnier in Africa so now they want me to pay to ship the glasses back. This is a classic "bait and switch" tactic. They pressured me into an add-on by misrepresenting my insurance coverage and are now trying to charge me for something I wouldn't have agreed to if they had been honest about the price. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and the deceptive billing practices here. If you value honest pricing, I highly recommend going elsewhere for your eye care. They said, Ultimately, it is the PATIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHAT THEIR INSURANCE WILL COVER. IT IS NOT THEIR JOB TO CONFIRM OUR INSURANCE. Moved to Oklahoma 3 years ago and have had my fair share of eye exams. No one compares to Dr.Jessica ! Honestly One of the best my son and I have ever had . I stopped writing reviews years ago but she really deserves a good review. I'm only writing this because she's that good !!

Absolutely Loved the entire process! I was in and out in 30 minutes and the staff...Amazing from beginning to end! I look forward to picking up my new glasses in about 2 weeks.

Such friendly, knowledgeable, caring and smart young women here It was an absolute pleasure. I just hope these eye drops do the trick!

Dr. Livermont is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She made sure I understood what I needed to do to take care of my eye. The ladies up front are helpful. Glad I switched to 2 years ago.

Staff is very friendly and professional. The level of care is excellent. I'm very pleased with my experience, and plan to make this my permanent eye care provider.
