Eye to Eye Family Vision Care

I have been to this office 2-3 times for myself, and I liked the doctors so much that I decided to start having my daughter seen here as well. The last experience (November/December '25) was lacking any sort of customer service. The front desk (Heather specifically) was extremely rude and off putting. She seemed annoyed with any sort of questions asked. One example being while I was in the office to get my daughters trial contacts, I asked for anything that could show what the total price of contacts would be when and if we decided to order them. Her response was "we don't have anything that shows the amount. You'll just have to purchase them, and your total will be on the receipt. " Confused by her response, Dr Morrison had walked out and answered a couple additional questions I had. I asked him about there not being anything to show amounts of contacts / glasses prior to ordering and his response was completely different. He very nicely stated that wasn't a problem at all, and asked Heather to print it out, She stated she was in another patients chart and couldn't. (Again with her poor customer service & deliberate disregard to want to help) He had a technician send it to me within 5 min. It was to the point If i needed anything, I would specifically ask to speak with someone else so I could avoid Heather. Everyone has off days, but every encounter was an off day with her. geez. The girl that does the contact fittings wasn't friendly either. It was my child's first time with contacts, and she was less than helpful with any sort of guidance on the process. Then when I'd try to voice some help / instruction she'd say I couldn't. That makes zero sense. she's 8 and needs some guidance on the entire process. Its understood I can't physically help, because she needs to able to do it, however, she needs to learn and start somewhere. It's unfortunate because both doctors are great. no complaints on that side of things at all. However, It's not worth the hassle of having to deal with the poor customer service everywhere else in the office.

Very friendly Dr, and staff! Also, a very nice facility, with lots of options for frames. I would highly recommend the retinal scans. Found out things about myself, that no doctor has ever told me before. I'm glad I chose Eye to Eye Family Vision Care!

My mom and I walked in to make an appointment and the receptionist refused to book the appointment because we didn't have a physical insurance card. I had all the information for the insurance and she still needed the physical card. I just wonder how they can book appointments over the phone without seeing a physical insurance card... poor customer service. I highly recommend going somewhere else because there was no help. Also wanted to note that I used to work for an optometrist office and as along as we had the insurance name- patient name- patient birthday- and subscriber id number- you can look up insurance.

I highly recommend this place! They're all so friendly and made my 8 year old feel comfortable during her first eye visit. Their doctor is very knowledgeable and answered any concerns or questions I had. If you need a good eye doctor I recommend Dr. Cook.

It is always a great experience my wife and I both use them during our annual check ups and for new glasses or if there's other issues during the year, we always highly recommend them to everyone that wants a great place too take care of your eyes

The entire staff was very friendly and my experience with them was great. Dr. Cook was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. The exam didn't take long and she made sure it was accurate. Highly recommend Eye To Eye to anyone needing eye care, they were GREAT!!

Easy quick appointment scheduling, flexible times. Polite, knowledgeable staff. Dr Cook is relaxed and friendly. She explained all results in an easy manner. Good selection of eyewear at average prices. I highly recommend Eye to Eye and Dr Cook.

Dr. Morrison has gone above and beyond to help and shown a genuine care in figuring out whats going on and how he can help solve it. I really am so glad I found them, they are all phenomenal people who care
