He is very kind, listens to me, explains everything (in a way that I can understand), and I'm impressed by the technology that he uses! /// I had read reviews that the staff is rude: No. The staff is not rude. They are very friendly & legit knowlegeable. /// If you're looking for downsides, I have two: 1) I hope Dr. Gelwick never retires 2) I wish they would redo their parking lot so it's clearer where to park. :)
